It lets you create and run a software version of a computer, called a virtual machine. Similar to VirtualBox and VMware virtualization technology, Hyper-V is Microsoft’s hardware virtualization product. What is Hyper-V and VirtualBox Technology?

what are Hyper-V and VirtualBox technology. You might be wondering what virtual box and Hyper-V services are and why this update matters a lot. So far, NoxPlayer is the first one in the emulator industry that supports Virtualbox technology and Hyper-V enabled at the same time. In the next major update, NoxPlayer will be launching a new version that’s fully compatible with Hyper-V. Would love to see what ideas people have, as I really like exploring operating systems and learning different things, etc, or retro hardware too, etc.NoxPlayer Releases a Hyper-V-Compatible Version that Can Coexist with Google Play Games & WSA With this in mind, I'm curious, what are the coolest Virtual Machine setups you guys currently have?

Maybe run some cool stuff with 2GB of RAM each, low headroom, but to run some useful stuff from time to time, maybe a Jellyfin instance when I want to spin it up, a DOSBox based virtual machine to play DOS games, a VM for retro games, a VM for Windows stuff, a VM for old school MacOS or Amiga era stuff, you get the idea. I got an old desktop that used to be a gaming PC with an i7 CPU and 16GB of ram.įor some reason, I had the thought the other day that it would be super fun to just boot into a Linux distro that had easy access to VM software like QEMU, or Virtualbox, etc that would make it DEAD simply to just run some VDI's, especially ones like this from which sound like a blast:
